Customarily and regularly directs the work of 2 or more employees performing the following functions: Assistant Controller-Finance, Assistant Controller – Audit, Finance Analyst. Performs the following duties, other duties may be assigned. Establishes, or recommends to management, major corporate economic strategies, objectives, and policies for company. Recommends modifications to existing corporate programs and internal controls. Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present and expected operations. Establish and monitor operating budget, coordinate the budgeting process, and monitors actual performance as a measure of cost controls. Manage and direct Casino Audit and Finance Accounting staff to ensure that gaming and non-gaming and properly verified and secured and all company funds and reconciled and verified. Provides management with timely reviews of organizations financial status and progress in its various programs and activities. Examine and develops systems of internal control. Performs financial statement and games analysis. Manage and directs daily activities of staff to ensure that the general ledger account balances are accurate. Prepares reports required by regulatory agencies. Arranges for audits of company’s agencies. Prepares reports required by regulatory agencies. Must learn, comprehend and comply with all company policies and procedures, TGA MICS and Title 31 requirements.
